I’ve spent the last 40-years learning what works and what doesn’t work in the hair and beauty industry.

I’ve been a creative director at Vidal Sassoon, launched my own group of salons, spoken on stages and on Podcasts, won awards and written books – but today, the moments I find most rewarding are the conversations I get to have with salon owners and stylists as I coach them to take their business and their lives to the next level
