Adrienne Dara Stephenson is a Philadelphia-based colorist and educator who helps stylists stop “guessing in the color room” and start formulating with calm, repeatable logic. After graduating cosmetology school in 2009, she built her reputation behind the chair—and kept noticing the same pattern: talented stylists second-guessing themselves at the bowl, overthinking tone, and losing time (and confidence) because the “why” wasn’t clicking. That gap became ADH Education, including The Lightening Library membership, virtual classes, and in-person education hosted from her Philadelphia studio and on the road.
