23 and 1/2 Hours

So this has been floating around for a bit and many of you may have seen this already but I thought that Cosmetologists could benefit from it. It’s called 23 and 1/2 Hours and it’s about trying to minimize how much time you spend sitting. The statistics are crazy and way beyond what I would have imagined.
