King Krule is bigger than his age
I have to admit, I am that annoying person at work who finds an album they love and then proceeds to play it to death until it drives everyone crazy! I can’t help it, I find listening to the right music while working can be very inspiring and motivating and I feed off of that.
My newest find is King Krule. A young (just turned 19) feisty British redhead whose debut album “6 Feet Beneath The Moon” is on constant replay on my stereo.
His lazy drawl and biting lyrics are a haunting reminder of what it’s like to be young and reckless. Yet at the same time I’m amazed at how such an old soul voice can come out of someone so young.
Although his musical style might not be for everyone, it’s always fun to give something new a listen and you never know, you might just find yourself putting this album on repeat over and over again….
