Adam Federico

Federico approaches haircutting like composition — structure, negative space, tension, release. He learned clippers in his grandparents' garage as a child, left beauty school early, then returned to the craft. After licensing through Federico Beauty Institute and advanced training in Los Angeles, including Vidal Sassoon, he built AJF Salon and now directs Federico Advanced — an education-forward space built around collaboration over competition.
