Can my regulars have a standing fill?
Yes. You can set up a recurring appointment for a regular, so their spot is in the book ahead of time.
Can a full set and a fill be different lengths and prices?
Yes. Each service has its own length and price, and each artist can set their own.
Where do I keep lash maps and sensitivities?
In the notes on each client record, alongside photos of past sets. They are there the next time the client books.
What can I do about no-shows?
If you take cards through salonMonster Payments, you can keep a client’s card on file and charge a no-show or late cancellation to it. Your cancellation policy and the client’s authorization need to allow the charge. Email and text reminders are included in every plan.
What does it cost?
