Yes. You can set up a recurring appointment for a regular, so their spot is in the book ahead of time.
Can I still take walk-ins?
Yes. Ring up a walk-in sale with services and products, record the payment and give a receipt, with no appointment needed.
Can each barber set their own prices?
Yes. Each barber can have their own price and length for the same service.
We rent chairs. Does each barber need their own account?
A barber who runs their own business can have their own salonMonster account, separate from the shop’s. A shop that employs its barbers can keep everyone on one account.
Do I have to use your payment processing?
No. You can take cards through salonMonster Payments, or keep the reader and processor you already use and still record the sale.
What does it cost?
It is $30 a month for one barber, and $15 a month for each added staff member. Online booking, email and text reminders, client records and reports are included. The first 14 days are free with no credit card, and if you pay and change your mind in your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
Am I locked in?
No. salonMonster is month to month with no contract, and you can export your records as CSV files at any time.
