Does bulk email cost extra?
No. Bulk email marketing is included in every plan. Plans start at $30 a month for one person.
Can I email only some of my clients?
Yes. You can send to all your subscribed clients, or narrow the list with filters such as appointment dates, a specific service, birthdays or spending. You can review who will receive it before you send.
Can I add photos and links?
Yes. You can format the message, add links and attach an image, then preview it before sending.
Can I see whether my email was delivered?
Yes. Delivery tracking shows you whether your email was delivered to each client it was sent to.
Can clients unsubscribe?
Yes. An unsubscribe link is added to every bulk email automatically, and you can change a client’s subscription from their client record. Anyone marked as unsubscribed is left out of bulk sends.
Do I need permission to email my clients?
Yes. Send marketing email only to clients who have agreed to hear from you. The rules depend on where you and your clients are, such as CASL in Canada, so check what applies to your business.
Can I use Mailchimp or another email tool instead?
Yes. You can export your client email list as a CSV file and bring it into the email tool you prefer.
Can I text my clients too?
Yes. Bulk text marketing is separate from bulk email and costs 5¢ for each text segment you send.
