What stylists ask before they switch.
How does processing time work?
A service can be split into hands-on time, processing time and finishing time. You stay booked for the hands-on parts, and the processing time in the middle can take another appointment.
Can I keep colour formulas with each client?
Yes. Colour formulas and notes sit on each client record, ready the next time they are in your chair. If you are switching from another system or a paper book, we bring your formulas over for free.
Can clients send me a reference photo?
Yes. Clients can add a reference photo when they book online, and you can save your own photos to the client or the appointment.
Can stylists in the same salon charge different prices?
Yes. Each staff member can have their own price and length for the same service.
Do I have to use your payment processing?
No. You can take cards through salonMonster Payments, or keep the reader and processor you already use and still record the sale.
What does it cost?
It is $30 a month for one person, and $15 a month for each added staff member. Online booking, email and text reminders, client records and reports are included. The first 14 days are free with no credit card, and if you pay and change your mind in your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
Am I locked in?
No. salonMonster is month to month with no contract, and you can export your records as CSV files at any time.
