Where do I keep colour formulas?
In your notes. Add the formula to the appointment or service, and it stays in that client’s colour and service history. Things that never change can go in the client’s permanent notes.
Can I save photos?
Yes. You can save photos of your work, including before and afters, for future reference.
Can I bring my current client list with me?
Yes. We import your existing data for free. What comes across depends on what your current system lets you export, so our support team looks at your files first.
Can my staff see each other’s clients?
That is up to you. Each staff member can be given access to all of the salon’s clients or only their own.
Can I export my client list?
Yes. You can download your records as CSV files from your settings at any time, at no extra charge.
