You earn a percentage of monthly subscription revenue for every salon or independent stylist you refer, paid for a full calendar year per account as long as it stays active.

Commission applies to subscription revenue only, and the tier a partner reaches applies to every new signup for the rest of that contract year.
Doing 150+ signups a year?

We onboard your salons
Every signup through your link lands in your commission pool automatically. Our team runs onboarding and ongoing support, so you never field a tech question.

Commission is paid for 12 months on every active, paying account you refer, with monthly statements and performance reports so you always know where you stand.

Commission is calculated on monthly subscription revenue only, not payment processing fees or add-ons.
What happens after an account's first 12 months?
Commission on that specific account ends at the 12 month mark. Every new signup you bring in keeps earning at your current tier.
Do my tiers reset?
Tiers reset at the start of each contract year unless you've negotiated otherwise as part of a multi-year term.
Does my contract length change my commission rate?
No. Affiliates sign a 1 year term and distributors can choose 1, 2, or 3 years, but either way it only sets your commission eligibility window, renewal timeline, and reporting structure. Your tier is driven entirely by signup volume.
Who handles support for the salons I refer?
We do. Referred salons get onboarding videos and direct customer support from the salonMonster team, so you can stay focused on your own business.
