Questions
What owners ask before they move the team.
We have years of data across a lot of staff. Can you really move it?
Yes, and we do it for you, free. We bring over your client list, colour formulas and appointment history, and we have moved salons across from Vagaro, MindBody, Acuity, GetTimely and others. Tell us what you are on now and we will tell you straight what comes across.
Will my staff actually use it?
We walk your team through it before you go live, so nobody is learning it on a busy Saturday. Emily Curran at Shine in the Market told us all her stylists commented on how much they liked it compared to anything they had used before.
Can I control what each staff member sees?
Yes. For each person you choose whether they can see all of the salon’s clients or only their own, all staff calendars or only their own, their own reports, and whether they can edit their own settings.
Does it handle commissions and payroll?
It tracks commissions and shows the totals in your reports, and you can recalculate them from a chosen date if a rate changes. It does not run payroll, so you would take those totals to whatever you use to pay your team.
What does it cost for a team?
It is $30 a month for the first person and $15 a month for each additional staff member, up to $120 a month for seven or more. Staff who do not have a schedule, like a front desk, are free. Reminders, online booking, client records and reports are included.
Do we have to switch card processing?
No. Integrated payments are there if you want them, and you can keep the readers and processor you already have if you do not.
Are we locked in?
No. It is month to month with no contract, and you can export your records as CSV files at any time. If you pay and change your mind in your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
