What nail techs ask before they switch.
Can a client book a removal, a new set and nail art together?
Yes. Several services can go into one appointment, so the whole visit is booked as one block of time.
Can clients send me a photo of what they want?
Yes. Clients can add a reference photo when they book online, and you can save your own photos to the client or the appointment.
Can my regulars have a standing fill?
Yes. You can set up a recurring appointment for a regular, so their spot is in the book ahead of time.
What can I do about no-shows?
If you take cards through salonMonster Payments, you can keep a client’s card on file and charge a no-show or late cancellation to it. Your cancellation policy and the client’s authorization need to allow the charge. Email and text reminders are included in every plan.
What does it cost?
It is $30 a month for one tech, and $15 a month for each added staff member. Online booking, email and text reminders, client records and reports are included. The first 14 days are free with no credit card, and if you pay and change your mind in your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
Am I locked in?
