What renters ask before they switch.
Will my clients actually book online?
It is the most common worry we hear from renters. Dean Moulton, who rents a chair at Zoo on 4th, told us he assumed his clients would not use online booking and that they turned out to love it. Anyone who would rather text you still can. They just no longer have to.
I am not a computer person. Will I get stuck?
You will not be left alone with it. Book a one-on-one walkthrough and a real person on our team sets up your account with you. After that, support is by phone and email at 1-800-901-1001.
What happens to my client notes and colour formulas?
We bring them over for you, free. That covers your client list, colour formulas and appointment history, whether they live in another app or in a paper book.
The salon I rent from uses different software. Does that matter?
No. Your salonMonster account is your own business, so it works alongside whatever the salon runs at the front desk.
What if I change salons or move into a suite?
Your account goes with you. Your client list, their history and your settings stay exactly where you left them.
Do I have to use your payment processing?
No. Integrated payments are there if you want them, and you can keep the reader and processor you already have if you do not.
What does it cost?
It is $30 a month for one person, with online booking, email and text reminders, client records and reports included. The first 14 days are free with no credit card, and if you pay and change your mind in your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month, and you can cancel any time with no fees.
