Can a client book several treatments in one visit?
Yes. Several services can go into one appointment, with one staff member or several, so the whole visit is booked as one block of time.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. You can sell physical gift cards and e-gift cards sent by email, track their balances and redeem them at checkout.
Can I limit what each staff member sees?
Yes. For each staff member you set whether they can see all clients, all calendars and their own reports, and whether they can edit their own settings.
What does it cost for a team?
It is $30 a month for one person, and $15 a month for each added staff member. Staff who do not have a schedule, such as a front desk coordinator, are free. Online booking, email and text reminders, client records and reports are included.
Do I have to use your payment processing?
No. You can take cards through salonMonster Payments, or keep the reader and processor you already use and still record the sale.
Am I locked in?
No. salonMonster is month to month with no contract, and you can export your records as CSV files at any time.
