The team at salonMonster are just straight up amazing. Best customer support ever. The web design is beautiful. The software has literally NEVER malfunctioned, unlike most salon software programs. Every salon I have worked in constantly has malfunctions with their software and the sites are always crashing — even where I work as an independent stylist, the owner of the business space uses a different software that is ALWAYS crashing. Mine has NEVER crashed. It's so easy to use that a 4 year old child could use it. From the customer standpoint, using this site is easier than saying you want an appointment — so clients love it too.

I am a self-employed hairstylist renting a chair, so I do not have a receptionist. I originally wanted the system for the reminders to avoid no-shows. I thought my clients probably wouldn't use the online booking — as it turns out, they love it. I get almost no phone calls now and my clients love the email reminders. I love my salonMonster software. It has totally changed the way I do my daily business. After sixteen years of paper books, I opted to try digital bookings. I was very nervous as I am not tech-savvy. I'm still in my free trial period and I LOVE salonMonster. It's so user-friendly, easy to set up, my clients love the booking notifications and the reminders for those that book weeks in advance. I don't understand why anyone would want to use anything else.
