Adrienne Dara Stephenson built her reputation behind the chair after graduating cosmetology school in 2009, and kept noticing the same pattern: talented stylists second-guessing tone and losing time and confidence because the ‘why’ never clicked. That gap became ADH Education, including The Lightening Library membership and virtual and in-person classes from her Philadelphia studio and on the road. Her ‘With Intention’ book collection spans blonding, toning, and formulating alongside the business-side scripts and policies that protect a stylist’s chair.
