Ashlee Norman

Ashlee Norman stepped into education early as a Bumble and Bumble Network Educator in Los Angeles, then went independent in 2015 after building a following through real behind-the-chair work. She’s known for breaking down complex blonding and corrective work — foilayage, Hybrid AirTouch, reverse foilayage, gray coverage melts — along with haircutting, all taught with the same why-before-how thinking. She teaches in-person workshops across cities, builds on-demand classes online, and has spoken on the Salon Republic podcast about balancing motherhood and education.
