Debi Alley spent ten years with Vidal Sassoon sharpening precision and teaching chops, then fourteen years at diPietro Todd Salons + Academy, where she led haircutting education and mentored the next wave of talent. Along the way she kept seeing stylists chasing a 'moment' haircut instead of one that lasts, so she built her work around longevity, detail, and technique you can repeat under pressure. Today she's especially loved for classic bobs, short razor cuts, and creative shapes with wearable movement, teaching through platforms like Pony Education.
