Janine Jarman is the founder of Hairroin Salon and the creator of Curl Cult, built around a question she heard on repeat in her chair: how do I make it look like this at home? A high school side-hustle doing dance updos turned into a real client list, then a leap into entrepreneurship in 2005 when she bought a failing salon and rebuilt it into Hairroin; she's since worked in celebrity hair and appeared as a Shear Genius finalist. For education, her philosophy is knowledge before magic: certification, practical technique, and the business side of confidently selling texture services.
