Jeffrey Herbetko's home turf is women's short hair, bobs, and men's cuts, a craft he took on the road for years as a Mainstage Redken Performing Artist before stepping back from travel to focus on the systems, coaching, and day-to-day leadership that keep a salon steady. At Glam, that shows up as hands-on technique coaching, guest-experience training, and structured growth paths like a fast-track associate program and ongoing individualized coaching. He plays lead guitar in a band called Little Sister, and his teaching carries that band-leader rhythm — listen first, tighten the timing, make the team sound better together.
