Jermaine Mendoza

As Stylist + Director of EDU at FORM Salon, Jermaine Mendoza shapes the education culture in-house, behind the chair with clients and in the classroom with pros. He began his hair journey at 13, inspired by his grandmother, a hairdresser originally from the Philippines, and after a tough stretch that included homelessness, committed to cosmetology, graduating from Paul Mitchell the School (San Antonio) in 2010 and becoming an instructor soon after. His teaching voice pulls from drawing and design principles to build tailored haircuts that look intentional and grow out with grace.
