Joseph DiMaggio

As Global Creative Artistic Director for RICA, Joseph DiMaggio oversees creative direction, collection development, and educational architecture for the Sicilian professional beauty brand, bridging runway artistry, product performance, and structured education. Before entering the beauty industry he studied engineering, an analytical foundation that still shapes his structure- and sequencing-driven methodology; he later trained under legendary session stylist Odile Gilbert. He's also spent over sixteen years collaborating with international manufacturing partners on professional hairstyling tools, positioning him at the intersection of design, ergonomics, and functional product development.
