Lo Shabino

Lo Shabino studied sculpture in San Francisco and fell for the idea that hair is shape you can wear — bone structure, face shape, movement, mood — a mindset that pulled her into advanced haircutting training and later straight-razor cutting and non-toxic haircare. After relocating to Austin, she grew from educator-in-salon to owner, opening Strange Bird, an intentionally 'clean air,' cutting-focused space, and expanding her teaching through workshops and mentorship that champion specialization over hustle.
