Lupe Voss

After opening Julian August in 1988, Lupe Voss realized the color education she wanted for her team didn't really exist, so she started teaching it herself and studying how different people actually learn — a 'real-life' classroom style built around creative placement, technique, and the chemistry of colour. She launched Hair Color Magic in 2008 and went on to serve as Aveda's North America Artistic Director for Hair Color, before co-founding Color Space™ and leading CS Ed., with education spanning virtual conversions, in-person network classes, and advanced academy experiences.
