Based in Santa Monica, Nina Tulio began her career in 1996, rose from behind the chair into managing multiple salon locations, and later faced 90K in debt before rebuilding her salon to sustain profitability and selling it in 2016 — lived experience that shapes how she coaches today. She helps salon owners, commission teams, and independent stylists turn busy calendars into real profit through purposeful pricing, clean systems, and people-first leadership.
