Pop up salon from Zaha Hadid and Fudge

This fantastic pop up salon is a collaboration between Zaha Hadid and Fudge that has been created to celebrate London Fashion Week and the London Design Festival.

Located in Zaha Hadid’s Design Gallery, customers have been able to view her work while getting their hair done.

I am a Zaha Hadid fan through and through and think she is a total inspiration for women who work in male dominated fields.

I love the minimal pop up she’s created with Fudge.  The space is a striking black and white composition with hair stations situated in the centre to enable you to fully absorb all the design around you.

My only concern with the space is that the slanted mirrors at the cutting stations might not be super practical to use (I’m being picky here).

There’s only have one day left to see this unique space (it ends September 21st) so those lucky ones in London, get on down there tomorrow!
