I originally wanted the system for the reminders to avoid no-shows. I thought my clients probably wouldn’t use the online booking — as it turns out, they love it. I can book standing appointments easily, and use my iPad, iPhone and computer to do all my bookings. If I’m on holiday, I can confirm a booking request from my poolside chair, all while sipping a cocktail.
