Jeffrey Herbetko
Jeffrey Herbetko is the co-owner and head educator energy behind Glam Hair Studio in Spring House, Pennsylvania—built for stylists who want their cutting to land clean, and their salon life to feel less chaotic and more intentional.
Cutting is his home turf: women’s short hair, bobs, and men’s cuts (his words: not barbering—different beast). For years, Jeff took that craft on the road as a Mainstage Redken Performing Artist, then stepped back from the travel to pour more of his time into the work most people don’t see: the systems, coaching, and day-to-day leadership that keep a salon steady.
At Glam, that shows up as hands-on technique coaching, guest-experience training, and a culture that treats development like a non-negotiable—think structured growth paths (like their fast-track associate program and long-range roadmap), plus ongoing individualized coaching. And because his heart lives in music too—he plays lead guitar in a band called Little Sister—his teaching style carries that band-leader rhythm: listen first, tighten the timing, and make the whole team sound better together.
If you’re looking for cutting education with real-world salon standards—and leadership that doesn’t melt down under pressure—reach out and start the conversation.
